Ensure follow the instructions below before and after changing your password:
- Turn off Outlook or the email software that is openning.
- Account Name: Enter domain account name (E.G v.HungHA@abc.com, enter HungHA).
- Password must be at least 10 characters long, does not use the current password, does not contain your login account or your display name. Choose a secure password that includes both letters and numbers, has uppercase letters, lowercase letters, digit, should have extra special characters like *,$,#...
- Password must meets 3 out of 4 following conditions:
- Special characters such as ~!@#$%^&*_-+=`|\(){}[]:;"'<>,.?/
- Numbers
- Uppercase letters
- Lowercase letters
- You can change your password after 24 hours last time change.
- Do not reuse the password set in the last 5 times
- After changing password successful, it is necessary to immediately change the password on mobile devices and Outlook.
